Noodlefest 2 Music Festival Poster Art

This was the 2nd annual NoodleFest, but the first time I was commissioned to produce the artwork. A funny story about the music festival's origins is that in the beginning, ramen noodles were not even a part of the outdoor concert. An outdoor multi-stage venue set out to highlight math rock, which is known for its guitar "noodling." When I was approached by the show's promoter, as soon as he mentioned the name "NoodleFest," I immediately thought of it as a music + noodle/ramen vendors type of event where musicians and local noodle shops combined for a unique event. The promoter's eye's lit up and he said, "That's genius! I didn't even think about that." I quickly came up with the idea of sentient noodles and 2024 marked the sixth year in a row that I've been hired to create the artwork for the festival posters.
